The draw for the National League Knock-Out Cup semi-finals has been made and the Plymouth Devils face the current cup holders Eastbourne.
The Eagles are currently in second spot in the TRAVEL PLUS League tables behind Belle Vue and the Devils know they have a hard battle on their hands to overcome them and reach another Final in 2017, having already qualified for the National Trophy Final .
The semi-finals will be staged over a two day clash with the Devils having the first leg on Friday 29th September with the return 24 hours later at Eastbourne on Saturday 30th.
The other semi-final will be either Mildenhall or Stoke against Belle Vue or Cradley .Team boss Laurence Rogers commented, “ There is no easy option at this stage of the competition . Eastbourne are a solid side and have just signed Josh Bailey to replace injury victim Mark Baseby. Our aim though is to reach another this season having made the National Trophy Final where we will meet either Mildenhall or Kent. “
